Metroid Prime: Trilogy

The Metroid family of games goes back to the original nintendo gaming system. In the latest installment, Metroid Prime: Trilogy, fans get 3 fantastic games bundled together that do a great service to both the history and the advancement of the game. In the Metroid Trilogy all three game-scapes get the latest update to the contol system introduced with Metroid 3: Corruption.

With the Wii controllers and new control system concept, players experience a deeper gaming experience that becomes immersive. The game has generally been reviewed very highly because of the fantastic story arc, the great control and I suspect a bit of nostalgia – although it’s certainly easier to be nostalgic when both the original and the latest installment are fantastic examples of what a game can be.  With this latest installment, Metroid Prime: Trilogy has hit the nail on the head again.
